On arrival was told our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. Fortunately they found a room for us, but that was stressful. Not too excited about lots of kids playing sports around property. Hallways reeked of hot seafood, which is disgusting. The room was great and as expected - except tv in bedroom not functional.

Check in was easy and was pleasantly surprised that they had a welcome reception with food! My child ate heartily and drank the fancy drinks. The room was clean and quiet with a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, utensils and dishes. The pool and spa were nice. Breakfast in the morning was good with a lot of meat selections and actual eggs. My child also enjoyed the waffles with the variety of toppings. Parking was free and plentiful. Great value and will definitely return!

First, they tried to charge me twice at check in. Next the pool was closed. Then the pull out sofa bed had no bedding and when i asked for it they gave me two top sheets.the sofa bed was terrible uncomfortable even for kids. The queen bed is unbalanced and too soft. The bathroom had hairs. The carpet was sticky. Then they closed breakfast a 8. Our stay sucked and we were constantly disappointed.

Great hotel and great room. Our room was very clean, but the pool area could have used some work. The hot tub was super cold and the other guests were rowdy. I wish there would have been a camera in the pool area because kids were putting chairs in the pool and the parents didn't care at all since they were hanging out with friends drinking. The next day the pool area smelled horrible. Other than the pool situation, our stay was great. I would definitely go back. They offered breakfast which is great, but we didn't have time to eat. Staff was friendly.
