The room was perfect; clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were just wonderful. I truly slept like a baby. The room was quiet, there were blackout curtains, and the AC worked just fine. The hotel is only 2 miles from the North entrance to Joshua Tree State park so it's a perfect location. In case you forgot to bring anything, there's a Stater Brothers right next door.

From the outside the place looks nice. I honestly wasn't sure I wanted to stay here after my initial check in though. Walking in to the place there was a few shad looking people at the hotel next door. I checked in just fine. We were on the 2nd floor. You need to use your key to get up there. The hall walking to our room smelt like a dead mouse. Our 1st room was dirty. We got moved. As I went to get a new key the police were there trying to get someone out of a room downstairs. I would not bring your children to this place or let them wander unattended. I will not come back to this place again because I dont feel like its safe or clean for my family.

This was a great stop on our way to Vegas. We wanted to see Joshua Tree and didn't expect much more than a hole in the wall but this Oasis Inn and Suites was clean inside and out, has an onsite Mexican restaurant (order at the counter seat yourself), basically right next door to a stater brothers and dollar tree amongst other stores. They were a bit shifty to be honest, so it was even better that the hotel felt like it was in a different area/very safe even though it was right next door. The room was big and clean, everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were great!
Get gas in Joshua tree before heading to vegas- nearest stop is 80 miles away.
We are Joshua Tree novices, Skull Rock was an amazing stop for us. Beautiful boulders, rock climbing with the kids, great grip on the rocks so maybe gloves if you plan on being out there for a bit.

We arrived late in the evening and our rooms were exactly as we had reserved. The staff person who checked us in was friendly, kind, and quick to get us into our rooms and made our very tired and late check in with our families a breeze. The hotel is located very close to the 29 Palms entrance to Joshua Tree NP.

Family of two adults and four kids... The double queen suite included two queen beds and a pullout double bed. We also pushed together two armchairs to make a small twin, and the front desk gave us another set of sheets.
Everything was clean and decent shape, for the price paid was a solid value, especially for the area so close to Joshua Tree.
We didn't experience any issues with the front desk as some other reviews mentioned. In fact, they were helpful with the sheets request. All was easy and as expected or better.

The double queen suite was a good size for family of 4 with grown children. Convenient location to Joshua Tree Nat Park.

This was exactly what we needed while visiting family over the Thansgiving weekend. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is outdated and needs to be remodeled, but would stay there again.

Super easy late night check in with helpful front desk associates. No frills hotel, a bit dated but very clean, felt safe for my family of four (two small kids). If I was stopping thru in Joshua Tree area again I would look here.
