I have been staying at this property for about six years, family member lives nearby. Fair pricing, balcony, restaurant and bar attached. They do great job with breakfast.

We stayed here for 9 nights. 4 kids and 2 adults. The room was spacious. Decor was outdated but everything was clean. The area was safe- did not see any homeless people. Pool area is fine. Restaurant on premises is good. Location is convenient to the 101 and there are tons and shops and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in Thousand Oaks because we have family near by but Hollywood was only a 40 minute drive as was Santa Monica and Malibu beaches. All in all a satisfying stay and reasonable cost.
