Stayed here on our way to Oregon, the staff was great and provided a roll away bed within a few minutes of requesting one. Good place to stay with kids.

First night laugh neighbors with kids. Second night much quieter. Easy access to facility. Local pizza restaurant was great.

Overall we had a good experience with our stay here with our 2 children. However the pool and hot tub needs to be scrubbed. The hot tub was not that warm and the jets did not work.

We stayed at the Red Lion as we passed through Susanville to return home from a two week family road trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The morning breakfast exceeded our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely return!
