Very nice hotel and staff. Great views and location to a lot of things in South Lake Tahoe. Dog friendly and easy access to outdoor areas. The pool/ spa area was nice, I appreciate the split level spa so you don’t have to feel awkwardly crammed in with others. Very quiet, the sliding doors are amazingly sound proof. Only complaint was the beds/ pillows. It was like sleeping on a rock, and very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Might be just my family’s opinion, but we definitely all felt the restless repercussions into the next day.

Not a kid friendly hotel. The doors can easily be opened by a child from the inside due to not having a locked at the top. Asked for a play pen but they failed to bring one even after asking several times also the water leaks out the shower even with the curtains closed

Hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. Location was perfect ! We stay with our two kids and dog . We would stay here again!

The guy who checked us in on the night of Feb 18 2023 was so nice and kind. He was very helpful and thorough. We will definitely stay here again and bring our baby dogs next time.
