Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport

I had a long week and was looking forward to a decent night's sleep. The group that checked in to the room next door to me were loud and rowdy until the wee hours of the morning. They were yelling, laughing, talking very loudly, kids running up and down the halls. When I called the front desk a number of times, nobody answered. In fact, none of the marked buttons on the phone for guest services, reservations, room service, etc, worked. I got up and tried calling an 800 number I was given to combine my two Hilton Honors accounts and it was outside of business hours. I had no sleep that night and paid $300 for my room. Needless to say, I was very disappointed at my stay at this Hilton and will think twice about booking with them again. The staff were very professional and friendly, which I appreciated very much. However, sleep is really important to me and the fact that I could not reach staff when I needed their help was enormously frustrating.

Hilton Garden Inn the best accommodations for any family any size and of course it’s convenient for people visiting wine country! Best breakfast buffet excellent friendly staff! Tip your bartender and chef they deserve to be recognized and for what they put up with with the public. Gym pool and laundry facilities all accessible and they have a small store on sight.

Clean and well maintained room and property. Free parking and morning coffee. The in-door pool is small. With two kids splashing around (I can't blame them, they are just kids wanting to play) it wasn't relaxing for me. And, two adults lit up marijuana just outside the pool area, and then smoked a regular cigarette, so even when I moved into the hot tub to seek refuge from the playful kids, the environment to relax didn't improve.

My husband, baby and I spent the night at Hilton Garden Inn and it was a nice experience. Staff was great, friendly, and professional. Our 2 queen room on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and the food was good and reasonably priced. Our waitress was super kind and attentive.
