We liked the location, right on the ocean. Small, family atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable, not fancy, which is what we look for. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room as the lobby didn't open until 7:30 and we like coffee right away!

All I can say is perfect. Fresh, clean, comfortable, friendly in a perfect location. Brought back memories of my childhood when motels were the main option, but this won is the best. Charming place right on the beach. My family loved it. Will visit again. We had 2 adults and two children both in college.
