From the beginning, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so kind to my family. He even went the extra step to sign us up as IHG members. The room was large with a great AC (we are here in 108 degree weather). The beds and pillow are so comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave. The pool is just fantastic! It happens to be on the right side of the building, making it shady enough to really enjoy in this weather- perfect temp and very clean. The gym was adequate for a couple of day stay. We would stay again.

Got a email saying the fitness room was closed during our stay. Come to find out it was open but the pool was closed. Since we were traveling with 4 kids and was expecting too use the pool very often i would of changed my reservation too a different hotel. But other then that nice clean and quiet place.

Everything was great, to be as expected. Our room wasn’t ready at check in, that was rough waiting with 4 kids. The housekeeping is only for extended stay and that if you request it. Also, difficult with four kids and two adult. Other than, not complaints. Initially clean, great free breakfast, and comfortable. I don’t know if it’s quite worth the cost anymore, this is our second time staying at this hotel and it’s becoming pricey for the experience.

The look and appearance looks new and clean but floor was dirty and toilet was loud after every flush and sink/tub drain broken. There was no air filtration in bathroom so the room linger the smell of BM after someone took a dump. They ran out of pancakes and no bacon in the AM which my kids looked fwd to eat.

This hotel had no working water upon arrival! No water in the entire hotel for over an hour when we arrived. The bathroom downstairs was an “all gender” bathroom because the other one was closed for maintenance. The entire hotel was under construction and we were not aware when we booked this hotel. There was an open plugged in saw left out in the lobby with no one around. Our kids could have sliced off their fingers! I have never been so upset about staying in a hotel. They need to advertise that this hotel is under co structure. They should be completely shut down during this maintenance, it is so dangerous, someone could get extremely hurt!

The first day we had no water, and no tv for two days, and no WIFI for three days. I received an email the day before check in to tell me about the renovations at the hotel. Construction workers worked on the room next door drilling and sawing out drywall and throwing it into the hallway. It smelled and the kids complained of the smell. Other then all of that it was good.
