This property was great. There is even Sunday church services. The staff were very friendly and kind. Everyone was very kind and treated guest respectfully like they appreciated you being there! Definitely would come back here. The only issue was that the pool was a little small and the water was warm. Pool is designed more for kids than adults or people who like to swim. Overall, we had a great experience and my autistic son loved the breakfast!

This hotel was decent. The staff greeted me as I entered and welcomed me to the hotel. Upon registration, I learned that they charge $14 a night just to park your car in their parking lot!! This made me instantly angry since I am already paying nearly $200 a night for a mid grade hotel! The price alone is not worth it, but to add an additional charge was insane! It is no wonder that more and more people are turning to AirBNBs. Hotels are over priced and service is meh at best. As I walked to the hotel room, everything was fine. I ordered a king plus a pull out couch for the kids. There were no extra pillows, there were no additional towels, everything that I needed I needed to go back down and get from the service desk. The pool was nice and great for the kids to play in, I wish there was a shallower end for little kiddos but that’s just nitpicking. The stay was fine but the price was outrageous for what it was. The breakfast was decent but no kid friendly choices, and the oatmeal ran out right away and never got refilled. The location was decent but still kind of far away from anything you’d want to do. Shopping was down the street for any necessities you may need.

They had a large group of young adults. At least 1 bus load. They were running all over until way after 10.
In the morning all 50 kids were trying to get breakfast. There wasn’t much to eat and could not move around to see what they had to eat.
If I came back I would make sure there weren’t bud loads of young people there.

We came to the Sacramento area for a family wedding. This hotel was close by and we have stayed at Hampton Inn before and really liked the way they run their establishment. The room was fine, the bathroom drainage was quite slow and the bathroom itself cramped.
We had a long drive the following morning, so I was counting on a good, warm breakfast before heading out (as I am used to with other Hampton Inns). Their breakfast was adequate, but as well laid out as I was hoping.
The staff was quite friendly. So maybe my expectations are a little high.

Checked in on 23 Jan 2015 to room 127 with wife and 8 year old grandson. Everything was as it should be. A very comfortable bed and clean spacious room. Everything worked just fine including coffee maker, TV, room heat, shower and clothes iron. My grandson and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool immensely. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, waffles and turkey sausage. Coffee in the lounge was excellent. Couldn't have had a better night anywhere. The grandkid competed in a Tae Kwon Do tournement the next day (24 Jan 2014) and was completely rested up and ready for the competition after a wonderful night's rest. I would definitely stay there again and probably will since there are frequent Tae Kwon Do tornements in nearby Rocklin, California. We could have stayed closer to the tournement, but I was attracted more to the online positive reviews for the Hampton Inn in Rancho Cordova since they seemed to be so much more positive than those of multiple places in Rocklin. In retrospect I believe we made the right choice. Best night's sleep I have had in a motel in a long time.

Walls are too thin. So you could hear everyone talking/playing in the hallway. Not great when you are trying to get your child to sleep to get ready for a competition. The staff were amazing and very helpfull.

The hotel was very pleasant, however we had a fire alarm go off at 1:30 in the morning! It was a false alarm, but with 3 children being woken up at that time was disturbing.
