Hampton Inn Riverside Downtown

Hotel itself was fine. Parking is closed due to construction. Would have stayed elsewhere where parking fees would be known, had I known with more advanced notice than the email received a day before arrival. Walls are thin. We had noisy neighbors on both sides. The noise from the pool area comes all the way up to sixth floor when the pool is full is screaming dance kids (there was a comp at the convention center). So, experience was marred by other guests. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Valet staff was very friendly and helpful. Never saw anyone cleaning the tables nor changing out serving utensils during breakfast service.

Wow we were very surprised that we had no room service for the 4 days we had stayed there When we asked for room to be clean by phone or in person (at FRONT desk) they responded as sure but ..... we had to give them 24 hour notice .... we were ok with that Guess what they NEVER cleaned our room WOW NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE! At the front desk we asked about our service before we left n checked out There response was we never ask for a 24 hr. request The left hand and the right hand don;t communicate at this place wow never make any reservation at the Hampton as we visit our family more then 3 times a year!

We went to Riverside to see the Festival of Lights and to have a nice Christmas Eve. We took our pups with us. We stayed in the Hampton in and had a great time. The check in and entire stay was fabulous. The room was super comfortable and the pups enjoyed it also. I would suggest Hampton Inn if you want to visit Riverside and bring your four legged family members

I drove from Washington state and this was the 1st hotel out of 3 in different cities and the experience was great. Easy check in, easy access to parking, room was clean, bathroom was spacious. Only downside was room walls are thin!! The room above us had kids and it sounded like they were having a party and jumping around at night and conversations could be heard in the bathroom from the room above us and it was late leading me to have to call front desk to have them be quiet. Everything is good from this hotel aside from hearing every single footstep

My family an I stayed for one night and we love the place the room was clean and nice the pool war warm the building looks new we loved it

The hotel is clean , staff is friendly and the service was good . The location is perfect , and closes to my family event.

Love the beer taps, wish they were on till 1am. PLEASE PLEASE get black out curtains. If you get them, I'll be back every 2 months when I visit family. I love that your dog friendly and that you have a gym.

Easy, clean place to stay in Downtown Riverside. Great family breakfast options.

Always like staying here when I visit family in Riverside . Very clean and rooms are nice . Close the restaurants and places to walk to
