Best Western Plus Lake Elsinore Inn & Suites

This is our families go to hotel when we come into town for a family party. Conveniently located and always a nice stay.

It was wonderful. My boyfriend and I just needed a little getaway. I’m dealing with a lot of family related stress right now and it was just what we needed.

We stayed on Christmas night after attending a family gathering. Our room was very large and comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast the next morning before heading for home. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, diced potatoes and sausages. There were also pancakes and waffles that were available to be made along with cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins coffee, tea and juice. Our one night stay was very comfortable.

I’m going to give my honest opinion for those who go by reviews, as I’m one of them as well. I’m very picky when it comes spending my money to stay at hotels, as I want the best experience possible! I stayed here for 3 nights and this place was wonderful!! The staff was extremely amazing and kind!! The hotel grounds inside and out were very clean and the room was as well. No hairs were found in the bathroom nor in the bed, like some hotels. I give lots of credit and respect to the housekeeping staff, as they did their job very well…. As I was once in housekeeping myself so I know a cleaning room. There were so many stores and restaurants within walking and driving distance. I’ll be coming back n forth to the area for awhile and this will be the hotel that I’ll be staying in every time and it’s well worth the money. It’s great if your there solo, with family, friends. It’s a great place for all to stay! It was very quiet at night and the pool and jacuzzi were fun as well. The continental breakfast was very good, so make sure you go and enjoy it!! If you wear mail and forgot yours, they sell individual ones there, which I needed one. Visit Cardenas Grocery on the next street over and fill up your fridge in the room with amazing pastries and food. Sorry to go on and on, but I wanted to give a detailed review on how wonderful my stay at Best Western Plus was! Come and relax and enjoy yourself here. ❤️❤️

I booked a room with 2 queen size beds & got a room with 2 full sized beds, so that was disappointing and made sleeping difficult. The pull-out bed had a big brown stain on it and had no sheets, we had to ask for them & make the bed ourselves. We stayed 2 nights & housekeeping never came. Not really a big deal, but my kids’ first experience in a hotel & the beds didn’t get made or the towels refreshed. The toilet broke while I was using it & since housekeeping never came, we also ran out of toilet paper & had to ask for more. The staff was kind & helpful, but I was a little disappointed for what I paid for the room. It was an ok stay.

Although I did not need the couch bed it was a decent price for a family king bed and a couch. the room was very clean.

We were in room on ground floor under restaurant so every morning was woken by noise from above. Also not very clean and we found cockroach on bed and advised the front staff and they made no effort to apologize at all. Not sure we’d ever stay here again as we have family that just moved to area.

The manager Ari was disrespectful to his staff using cuss words and profanity well talking to me and my children. I proceeded to ask him to be kind and he was a complete jerk. I will never book another stay as long as that man is the manager at that hotel. The other staff members like housekeeping and the woman in the kitchen were awesome but the manager was out of line unprofessional rude disrespectful on every level. I would appreciate somebody giving me a phone call so we can discuss this matter because I cannot believe how horrible of an individual you have allowed to lead a team

Great for families, stayed only one night due to a softball tournament near by and this hotel was good for the one night stay.

We have stayed here many times on our way to visit family. Always a good experience.
