The property has great amenities and very comfortable if you want to room share with friends or family. Its a little older but very nice accommodations. We were at a slightly off-season and it was a little bit light on staff. There’s really no one at the front desk and they don’t seem too happy when you ring the bell. I understand it’s not easy dealing with the public. At the same time if I’m being polite, I expect the same in return.

This is a very well located property if you want to be near the village! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! We were disappointed when we arrived, the pool was closed for renovations and we had no idea. This was one of the reasons why we booked there again in the first place. It’s a lovely property. The main lodge where the check-in counter is, is absolutely stunning, renovated and beautiful. However it does not match the rooms. The rooms could use some updating. This was our second time at this location, our room this time was much better. The units are owner’s owned. Some are well appointed and some not as much. We booked a different kind of unit this time and we were more comfortable. We look forward to seeing you next summer! It is an overall great location to be at with family.

We enjoyed everything about this property - what a gem! Clean, well appointed, a surprising # of sleeping options for our family of four even though it was a studio. You can be on a chairlift within 10 minutes from walking out of your unit door as well. The desk was always available and helpful as well.

Nice place to stay if you are skiing Palisades, practically ski in/out. But noisy, especially if your room faces the slopes. Grooming starts around 9 and goes late into the night/morning, and then the snowmobiles start up around 6. Suffered through a couple of evenings when the children in the unit above were very active; it sounded like they were deliberately stomping feet, knocking on the walls and rolling suitcases. Resort staff said they couldn't do anything about it because the unit was privately owned and rented. If you stay here, don't let them assign you unit #255!

This was a nice spacious place. Appears to be privately owned condo. Basic kitchen which we didn’t use but would be great for family with small kids. Queen bed plus sofa bed and a window seat that could be twin bed for sleeping. Location to Village was great. Bathroom was small but fine.

This lodge is amazing! So close to everything. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in the one bedroom and it was well stocked, had a kitchen, and plenty of room for our family of four. There was a washer and dryer that came in handy to dry the snow gear. The the staff is beyond friendly and courteous. They will help you with any needs! We also got a great discount on rental gear for staying. Definitely will stay here every time!

Comfortable hotel for families at the ski resort. Just a few steps from slopes and lifts. Furniture is acceptable but a renewal would be a plus. The hotel offers the kitchenette and it is a very appreciated feature, but unwanted odor should be neutralized in common areas for a better experience. Free parking in the same building.

We booked for a family of 4, so I was a little surprised to see only a queen size bed and a sofa when we arrived. The hotel did send somebody to make up the sofa bed on the second time of asking. They allowed us to leave our car in their covered carpark on the Monday while we skied which was a good bonus. Some of the decor could do with a refresh. The room was very well equipped and the access to the facilities of Squaw village was great.
