Looks like this place used to be nicer. Not currently well kept it would seem. Our room smelled of animals (yes this location is pet friendly) but the animal smell is strong. Probably needs to ditch the carpet in the rooms. Bathroom has a mirror with a peeling frame. Toilet is super low as if for a child. Very tricky to use. Pillows are square which is odd. Also very loud and difficult to sleep there. Overall wouldn’t come back. Best thing about this hotel is the Starbucks is within walking distance.

Personnel very nice. It would have been good to explain the pool entry was using the rm card. Also that the pool lock was broken, use the other gate. And the toilet is very small and low to the floor! It’s like a baby toilet. Not easy for disabled people!

Room was dirty. Smelled terrible. Thankfully was moved to a new room from the nice kid at the front. Breakfast bar was closed and it was not mentioned anywhere. The following morning the front desk lady barely looked up for checkout. Some areas were pretty dirty inside the hotel. Outside was super clean. Pool area clean. Good location off freeway with restaurants within walking distance.

Very disappointed, book because online stated full breakfast available butch of lies only to go bags available that’s no breakfast pandemic is long over to be still doing that. Also room was dirty and run down I checked in late around 9ish pm didn’t even want to bother and complaining family was tired also crickets everywhere even in the room for being a best western was very disappointed overall

It is advertised free breakfast. It is only handle a paper bag with a muffin, apple sauce and a kid plastic orange juice (very deceiving). Also advertised electric car charges, however they only provide Tesla chargers. Bathtub is very stained, and one of the elevators is very scary to ride on, after first time we avoid it completely.
