Liked the space in the room and the refrigeratordid not like that i had to call 3 or 4 times before the frnt desk answered the phone.
I baby sat my grandkids on Saturday 25th:so i checked out of my room and moved in with them#1402.
I order dinner using the QRCode.
Very sissapointed that the kids menu, which offered hamburgers & quesadillas, told me that they were not acailable. If they are not available, they should be taken out of the menu!!!
Then i ordered a.n iced tea and got none. But i paid for it.
Then i asked for a cesar salad but got no dressing for it. Got 2 container of parmessan cheese but no dressing.
I tried calling the restaurat but nothing.
I tried calling the front dest but nothing.
Technology is great, but the QR order screen has no space for reporting thing wrong or missing in your order.
Maybe someghing could be added to the QRCode set up that if your order is incorrect you can otify the restaurant and they can fix the issue.

As a family visiting, we enjoyed the pool and restaurant. Parking is a little pricey, but well worth the stay. We highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We had a mobile key to our room but walked in on another family at 11 pm. Once we got a new room, there was a huge pile of hair in the shower. The staff were friendly but didn’t offer much to address these issues.

One night stay for volleyball tournament, lovely hotel. The pool is heated, plenty of entertainment for older kids. I have a 4 and 9 yr old boy, they had a blast!! We were tot irked to go out for dinner so we ordered room service, food was very good. Many options to choose from. Would definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed at the Irvine Marriott for one night, to support family running the OC Marathon. The hotel was conveniently located and the area felt reasonably safe.
I recommend paying the $15 option on Expedia for parking, as it saved us $24. Parking is usually $39, but we mentioned that we prepaid parking online, so the front desk made sure to let us know to use our room key (not the scan bar on the parking receipt) to exit the parking lot.
We had a clean, king room, overlooking the fountain. Bed was okay, water pressure was great. The plane and freeway traffic was noisy during the day but was surprisingly quiet at night. The walls are, unfortunately thin, though. Our neighbors' TV was really loud, so we were thankful they turned it off a little after 10:30. We would have had to ask to change rooms, if it stayed on much longer than that, given our early morning the next day. Also, all the doors along the halls slam shut. So, if you have neighbors who are active at night, prepare to listen to the doors slamming. Luckily, most people on our floor were pretty quiet. Just before midnight, two of them were drunkenly giggling about how they were going to go puke in the shower, but they were the last ones I heard before drifting off.
Customer service quickly fixed an issue when there was some confusion between their online and TV menus for room service, but the food arrived cold and was only okay. Overall, this hotel was a decent value for the price.

It was great! Great for families with kids. Lots of fun things to do beside the pool. We will defy one back.

Parking was an additional $37 a day and the lot was always full so we had to park in the garage which was not very convenient for our family.

I felt as though my kids and I were being treated differently based on racial bias. I saw the way staff serviced people who weren’t of color and the difference was startling. From the time I pulled my car up to check in, without asking the valet told me to move it, WITHOUT ASKING IF I NEEDED HELP. The pillows in the room had hair on them, which made me feel as though the rooms weren’t clean. Even at the front desk, while others were offered complimentary water, I was not, and when I asked for some, the young woman who helped me walked into the back and didn’t return. I will never stay here again.

It definitely is a nice hotel,I just kinda felt that the rooms were a bit on the dirty side specifically in the bathroom. We found kids jewelry that had been left behind in plain sight so it felt dirty. There also was a inside t were one of the nights a valet driver was driving recklessly through the parking lot and almost hit my daughter and I. I personally wouldn’t stay again.

Irvine Marriott is always my go to. Never had an issue. However, this time. The service was what I would have expected. Upon checking in, the reception desk person was not friendly. She asked for my name and an id. She then proceeds to asked if I booked recently, which I booked this room mo the prior to our arrival. I booked a double bed room for myself and family. She tells me they are sold out of double beds and can do a king instead. I was confused on how they sold out of double beds if that was what I originally booked. She then leaves and speak with someone else and comes back and says she’ll just take a room from another person. She gave us the key and sent us on our way. No water no nothing. The whole interaction was so cold and not what I expected from a Marriott hotel that is $350/night.
Upon getting to our room. There was hair on the bathroom doors and the floors were sticky.
