While staying at this hotel, I found out they knowingly permit pr*stitution in their “family friendly” hotels. Not only that, but also that they continue to allow and facilitate the purchase of alcohol from their bars to the point of severe intoxication, and allow these guests to verbally berate, physically attack and break into other guest rooms with little to no recourse. While their breakfast is consistent, I value my safety, my husbands safety, and the safety of my 2 children more. Not only was my family assaulted in the “safety” of the atrium and followed to our room by a the female guest who was out of their mind, we were not followed up with by staff, we had to call the police ourselves to have her arrested and removed, we were told that they were “sorry for the frustration” and merely comped the single night of the attack, when we stayed on site for 4 days. We were told by the Manager Quentin that the assailant guest and her male partner were no longer at the hotel, and wouldn’t be able to get in. We were also lied to as the male guest was back, provided his keys and welcomed back the very next morning. We asked that a guard be posted inside our building that night, and were told a guard would be in and out of the building, only seeing an elderly out of shape man with a badge seldom in our building. Our safety, sanity, and well being was very clearly, no concern. Shame on Hilton. Shame on Embassy Suites. Shame on management (Quentin). Shame on ownership.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room we stayed in was very very dark and shows its age. Don't consider the sofa bed as a viable solution if you are traveling with family as it is incredibly uncomfortable. The free drinks every late afternoon were great. The kids loved the pools.

The place was beautiful the staff all incredibly nice. The rooms a little old and warn. The draws in the dresser were falling apart the pillow were horrible the a/c was terrible. Called and complained 3 times they couldn’t get the a/c down to a comfortable temperature for our family. They finally gave us a fan and that helped tremendously, a little noisy but better than hot

Lovely property. While the outdoor pool was closed, the kids loved the indoor one. Beautiful ponds with ducks and a swan and delicious breakfast and happy hour!

Room was in need of an update. Toilets are extremely small - more for a small child. Other wise very good - breakfast included was great!

Firstly, the facade of the property is very grand & enticing. And the staff is lovely but obviously very overworked. That’s about where the good part ends. Where the heck in the world do we still have popcorn ceilings anyway? At this property you do. Rooms were old, dirty, ugly and WAY overpriced. We paid about $400 for a hotel room that was not worth more than maybe $200. And the buffet was not COVID safe ie a huge open tub of peanut butter with only 1 spoon. None of the hot food was covered. In addition, they were so short staffed tables were getting cleaned up by the people who needed to sit down & waited too long for someone to come wipe down empty tables. The ONE lady making omelets had a fantastic attitude but zero help. Hilton family come live up to your reputation. This property was horrible and I am surprised by the good reviews.

The place was clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The cooks were very cheerful. I always love seeing the swans in the pond and this time there were baby swans, too. Overall a pleasant stay! Just be prepared to get hit with a tourism tax. This place is a go-to whenever I plan to stay in Napa.
