Best Western Plus Inn At The Vines

I recently stayed at this hotel with friends and unfortunately, we were asked to keep quiet by the staff in a way that felt unnecessary and unwarranted. I have never been asked to keep my voice down at a hotel before, even when traveling with young children. I'm not sure if any other guests received same request or we were been asked because of our race. While I appreciate the importance of being mindful of other guests, I felt like I was being treated as if I were being disruptive when I was not. We were actually frequently disturbed by the sounds of doors slamming, people talking, and footsteps in the hallway. Maybe the hotel needs to improve the soundproofing in their rooms to ensure that guests can enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay.

Had family in town for 1 night. Perfect location right down the street from us. Easy access to events that we attended.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was small but cute and the property was pretty. Also, the hotel has a patio!! Which you don't see often at hotels. I really enjoyed having a patio to be able to just sit outside on. The only thing I wasn't super crazy about was the fact that the bathroom doesn't have a real door on it. It has a door that you slide over the opening, but it doesn't actually shut all the way which could be awkward depending on who you're on a trip with. I was just with my boyfriend, so we didn't mind it too much. I would feel uncomfortable if I were staying with family members or friends though in a room with a bathroom door that doesn't close all the way.

We have stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon and decided to come back 10yrs later with our kids. The room we choose was spacious and our kids enjoyed the space also.

Hotel has good location. It is close to shopping center, restaurants, and movie theater. There is small pool for kids. Easy to find.
