Ocean View Lodge

Even though we had to leave early due to a family emergency, we had a wonderful time while we were there. The view from the top floor is exquisite.

The moment you see the view of the ocean from the big picture window you are in love. The Ocean View Lodge was very comfortable and roomy. We had an additional sitting area separate from the bedroom area. The ability to sit on our patio allowed us to drink in the ocean air and see stunning views of the ocean as well as the sunset. The bathroom was a little dated but provided plenty of hot water for showers. Although there were families next to us and people walking along the back path, it was very peaceful in our room during our whole stay. The access to the beach was within 5 minutes walking distance and provided a nice beach that wasn't crowded. It was beautiful. It provided a nice, paved path along the back of the hotel that could be used for walking, running or riding your bike that could take you into town easily. The only downfalls were: that the wifi was iffy most of the time, dogs are not allowed, there was no breakfast included and maid service was not available for our stay there but was ok for us. For the price you pay, breakfast should be included. But other than that, it was lovely and we enjoyed our time. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to my family and friends.
