The front desk works were sorta rude. My reservations was a gift paid for by a family member and I was told they had to make sure I had money in order to stay so they took 75 dollars from my checking not telling me that they where gonna take 75 dollars and it bouncing my account. The staff pretty much made me and my boyfriend feel like money makes a person and how dare we be there. The random stranger were kinder just walking by saying hello. The room was clean though the pillows blankets all great very nice clean motel with a lot of nice features. I just think they could have had Better people as staff. Nobody she be defined by size color race religion or financial status. To me that is cruel and ignorant. Sorry not sorry I’m being honest. They guest where kind and friendly though 😊

Excellent location to city of San Francisco within 15/20 mins driving. The hotel has a centralized pool & jacuzzi very popular with families. Rooms and lobby are very clean. At the hotel, signs are postec advising they are "renovating and making upgrades" altho no construction work was visible or heard. Beds are extraordinarily comfortable but if you're wanting quiet for good nights sleep, ask for a front room at lobby/parking otherwise you hear traffic from 101 all night.

I went to check in after prepaying for my room two days before, only to find that they had overbooked the hotel. They booked me at a cheaper property than I’d paid for, and I had to reload all my bags and tired kid and drive 15 minutes to the other hotel.

The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, personable, and delightful. Our bartender was hilarious and welcomed us. Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay, even under conditions of mourning. We highly recommend the warm and authentic stay at 4 Points Sheraton of Marin!! 5 stars!!

Very disappointing stay. My daughter got married and we had all our friends and family stay at the hotel. We were promised an upgraded room for the bride and groom but the hotel didn’t deliver. Dan, the property assistant manager, promised to give the bride and groom a gift but he didn’t follow through on that promise. Our room was FREEZING because it was on the zero floor, like a basement. The heater in the room took almost and hour to warm our room. The sliding glass door was rickety and when it was locked, if you knocked on it, it would unlock the door. My husband had to pack our bags and bring them to the wedding because our room wasn’t secure. I won’t be staying at a Sheraton again.

The room was ok. Staff seemed very brunt out and weren’t willing to take the time to efficiently communicate with guests. In addition, check out time was a mystery as both the confirmation email and room door say it’s 12pm but got a knock on the door at 11 by room service asking when we were checking out. When I asked to confirm that check out was at noon she just raised her arms and shoulders as to say “I don’t know.” Went to the front desk and found out check out was at 11. Had to rush my child and husband out the pool and leave in a hurry.

I really feel at home at Four Points San Rafael - this is our home away from home when we travel to Northern California to visit family. The facilities are spotless, staff is so friendly and feel perfectly safe walking my 4 pound Yorkie in the middle of the night in the parking lot 😂. I’ll be back again next month 😊

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was tiny. Luke barely walk around the bed. The very outdated room. Upon entering the room there was a musty, old smell. Popcorn ceilings throughout the room. Thankfully I brought new flip flops because the carpet flooring is in need of cleaning, left black dirty on my clean brand new flip flops. Was surprised to see some good reviews from the hotel which is why we booked here but regret booking at this hotel. For the price, definitely expected better. The buffet was the only good thing but that’s comes with extra charge of about $21 for adult and $13 for child.

This was the second time I've stayed at this Sheraton and - this time with my 8 year old son in tow - as before, the staff were unfailingly courteous and the facilities impeccable. There's a good family vibe at this hotel as well which I much appreciated. Best of all, it is very convenient to both SF and Marin County. Really enjoyed the stay.
