We stayed here for 3 days. It was an ok stayed. We had housecleaning on 2 day. They did the beds and throw away the trash. Didn’t add shampoo to the container. We were out of shampoo. We had used the coffee, they didn’t add coffee to make. On Saturday, they had a party at the pool area. There was a lot of people. They even had alcohol in the pool area. It felt weird being at the hotel that day. Overall all it was an average hotel. Parking was easy and close by. Staff at the front desk were really nice. When we arrived, my little ones received a summer gift each. There was always coffee, hot chocolate, water and tea in the lobby to get. The Black Bear Diner is next door. They open at 6am, earlier than breakfast at the hotel on weekends. Breakfast on weekends at the hotel open at 7, during the week at 6:30.

Overall our stay was ok. Bumbed out that our mini fridge wasn't working, booked two rooms and neither one was functioning correctly. Used the sofa bed for my toddler to sleep in, didnt use the pull out matress since it looked dirty. The space was perfect but the cleanliness could have been better.

Stayed two nights while visiting family in Madera. The hotel was good, bright, modern and well kept up. The room was very nice. The breakfast was minimal, typical of hotel food. The elevator didn't work upon arrival and I had heavy bags so had to wait a couple of hours to go to my room and no one offered to help or seemed interested or apologetic about elevator.
