In the description for the rooms it said there was a fridge in the rooms, once we get into the room we looked throughout the room and no fridge insight, the room is pointless is without a fridge, it sucked because i have a toddler 1 yo that drinks milk at night. We had the half gallon of milk that we bought covered in ice in a bucket.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I and my husband have been huge fans of your cookies for years, when I first introduced to him through business travel years ago.
I asked to purchase two tins to take home to my husband, considering I was in town with my daughter and granddaughter (girls trip :)), to visit my sister in a long term care facility and take my granddaughter to the beach for the first time.
I was advised that you all no longer sale them, since the pandemic. However they made an exception for me and sold me two tins of cookies and my husband was pleasantly surprised and pleased. PS, please start making the cookies for sale in your hotels again in AZ an CA, you will have a loyal customer in my husband and I and we are not alone in our friend and family circle who love the cookies. We have bought in the past and given as presents for the holidays and birthdays.
I really appreciated the hospitality and how all of our requests from fresh towels, recommendations on the closest nicest beach and of course the cookies were met efficiently and with a smile.
The only only constructive feedback I have, would be the hallway’s lighting was to dark and the hotel bathroom could use some remodeling/upgrades.
Besides that I enjoyed my stay, the proximity (walking) to the outlet mall, freeways and dining beyond the hotel restaurant. I would definitely stay again considering I try to visit my sister at least yearly and this has been the best experience thus far.

Everyone was friendly and the property was nice. I loves our room and the bed was comfy. My only complaints were the bathroom door locked from the outside instead of inside. With kids that could end up terrible. Also one of the elevators were broken and they only have the one set. There was a cheer competition staying there with over 200 teens and families using the one elevator

This is a very family friendly place. We live in Napa Valley but we always book our rooms here when we travel out here for family events. My kids love this place so do i. We always walk down to the outlets to do some shopping 🛍 Overall the staff here is great. Love the breakfast buffet. Will keep staying here again. Thank you!

Overall great hotel, the only downside for me and family was not having even a complimentary coffee at the lobby, we paid $4.50 for a cup of coffee at the hotel restaurant. Other than that great stay

Stayed 2 nights with kids. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfy. The mattress felt a little too squishy, like maybe it was old. The bathtub faucet was continually dripping which was concerning. Another family said theirs was too. The elevators smelled strongly of smoke. The pool is small but the hot tub is nice and hot. The breakfast buffet was very good. $23 for adults, $13 for kids.

My family and I had the worst experience at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was rude. We had paid extra for the free breakfast but when we checked in they said it wasn’t a part of our rooms. My husband spoke to the manager and she gave us the breakfast buffet coupons for only one day. Mother’s Day morning, we went downstairs for breakfast. I enjoyed a bagel and a pastry and then served myself a plate of food and then I asked for boxes to go because I didn’t feel very well. The sever, Griselda, gave me boxes. After I put my food in the boxes she comes back and says I can’t take food because I have to eat it there at the table. It was my leftovers, that I paid for. She then came back and said her boss said I can’t take my food. We asked to speak to the boss and they never came. We talked to the other server, Eunice, she said the same thing that I can’t take my food so we asked her to get her boss and she said her boss wasn’t there. 15 minutes later they told us to go to the front desk to speak to the manager of the hotel. So be aware when booking this hotel. They are dramatic over their breakfast buffet that isn’t even great.
The rooms weren’t cleaned very well. There was body hair on the shower curtain from the previous person staying there. The toilet wasn’t flushing unless you wiggle the handle. The only thing we enjoyed was the pool.

Check in was smooth and friendly. We were Hilton gold but since we used hotels.com, we couldn’t get any reward or points but, she gave us water and cookies still :) tru by Hilton Goodyear didn’t . They were all nice stuff.
Room was in front of elevator so the noise was a little bit of problem for my baby.
Also breakfast was $23 per person and yet the selection was very poor.I expect more fresh stuff like salad and fruit but there was only few fruit and omlet was the only good part..rest of it was almost same as best western’s free breakfast.

The property was in a great location and clean.
The only discrepancy we have is that there was a power outage on the first day when we arrived for about one hour.
Also, our room was on the first floor near the pool and we could hear children laughing and playing at 7am Sunday morning, which did not let us sleep in.
