It was nice, clean and comfortable. It’s kind far away from restaurants and shopping. You have to drive to most everything. There was a basketball tournament going on so the hotel was noisy until late with kids running around and bouncing basketballs in their rooms. But other than that I would stay here again.

Elizabeth at the front desk was a truly wonderful human being. She was more than just warm and welcoming. She was accommodating, kind, and truly a ray of sunshine for us in the middle of a difficult day and night. She even made me a cup of coffee just the way I like after hearing. That we were up all night with our two-year-old and 4-month-old. She was kind to us and our kids and everyone else she was interacting with in the lobby. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Better even than some other full-service, high-end hotels. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. It was the perfect spot to stop and break up a long road trip with kids and a dog.

My family and I stayed there because we had a big family celebration near by. It was very nice and clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and very spacious. We went swimming the first night there and pool was clean. My husband loved that the hotel was right next to Costco. We will definitely come back.

Our room was changed without our knowledge and we were given 1 king bed in a handicap room instead of 2 queen beds with a bath tub. As a family with 3 young children, this is unacceptable. We also booked this hotel specifically for use of it's heated pool, we weren't notified until after we were already guests at the hotel that the pool pump was broken and not heated. There was also no housekeeping available and we had to wait hours before receiving fresh towels. The breakfast was also subpar, dried out and not fresh -- and we were there at 6:30AM.

Modern, clean and dog friendly hotel. Check in was efficient and friendly. Hilton members can check in contactless using their app and digital key which was so convenient and cool. Free breakfast was clean and lots of seating. From DIY waffles to hot made mini omelettes and bagel breakfast sandwiches to a assorted juice fountain machine to cereal all of it was wonderful. Suite was very clean and had full frig, dishwasher, nice plates and glasses. Big TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Only a Costco is within walking distance. Pool isn't heated and some guests were inappropriately enjoying wine and beer in the glass bottles while their kids were rubbing, jumping and splashing.

Our family stayed here the 3rd time. The room is very clean, beds are comfortable even the sofa bed is comfortable and they always have extra beddings,blankets and pillows on the side. It's our favorite hotel so far in Livermore.

From the time my husband and I walked through the doors we felt very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, all I can say is Wow!!! It was above and beyond our expectations. First the bed was low enough that I had no problems getting on the bed. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Let’s just say my husband and I didn’t want to leave. I know we will be back, we’ll stay longer!

It was alright. No issues with parking. The room smelled of bleach cleaning supplies. There were kids running in the halls all night. No one was at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait a few minutes before someone came to greet us. The breakfast sandwich I got in the morning was gross. I threw it out. There was no tub for my toddler. Other than that, the room seemed clean, and the heater worked, even if it was loud. The room also appeared to be newish.
