This was a very nice and clean hotel. The room was spacious, the air-conditioning and heating worked just fine. There were clean floors and not musty carpet. The maid service always brought fresh clean towels and the place smelled nice after coming back to the room. The staff were very kind and friendly, even though I arrived late at night. The breakfast was nice, there’s a pancake machine, very cool. The refrigerator was a bit noisy, but I just turned it off, which you could do from the inside. Recommend the top floor and stay clear of the pool, which is filled with screaming kids, but they didn’t stay in the pool too late. There’s a restaurant across the street that’s good. I give it 5 stars.

The bed was the worst bed that I have ever slept in. It felt like a table with a sheet on top. I even attempted to sleep on the pillows to give comfort. We all woke up (two adults and 2 children) with sore necks and backs. If the beds were more comfortable this would be a place I would stay at again.

Great staff, safe area, clean rooms. The only downfall was a woman was fighting with another woman/man and it was a little disturbing for my kids to hear. Will definitely stay there again! Staff was amazing and friendly

Room didn’t match description, but the beds are hard as a rock…if you like what feels like concrete then you’ll enjoy. Room was clean and efficient tho. The only other thing is this hotel makes you sign a waiver that they hold your deposit 10 days after checkout and it’s been a week since we left and still our money hasn’t not been returned to us. I thought it was incase the bank was having issues because ALL other hotels give your money back the very next business day. Never have I ever experienced this. At least right now we have the money, but in past times this would’ve killed me with my kids and living paycheck to paycheck. Stay clear of here if your tight on money, because that deposit isn’t coming back anytime soon!

The stay was ok. The check in was ok. We asked if we can have an adjoining room with another family member and lady at front desk was like "no". She was not very helpful. We also asked for extra towels and she said sure...come pick them up. The room was clean.

Checked in late (around 9:30 PM) after a long day. The room was initially fine- it's as pictured. But, around midnight, we started hearing children yell, scream, cry and bang on the walls for long periods of time. Then, around 4 in the morning, the smoke alarm in our room began beeping with a low battery. We tossed and turned, waking up to this beeping every few minutes until I finally called the front dest at 6AM.The person on the phone wasn't very friendly and informed me that she "couldn't do anything for us" because she was the only one there. I asked if she could walk me through how to take the battery out then and was informed that wasn't possible; maintenance had to do it and they wouldn't be in until 7. No apology, no other offer to help correct the problem. At 7, maintenance arrived, and was very apologetic. It was the main fire alarm that had a low battery and he had to contact his supervisor for guidance on how to change it. So, fixing this issue took more than just a few minutes. Meanwhile, the kids above or next door to us continued to scream, cry and bang on the walls. Upon checkout, I requested a refund and was told that it would be taken care of and I would be contacted when the refund was being processed. I never heard back and had to call the hotel myself, and was informed that a refund of $20 would be issued. This required follow up calls and lots of frustration on my end as (a), $20 does not make up for a terrible stay (b) it shouldn't be on the customer
