Great location and definitely a hotel for couples rather than family. King room was comfortable and air con a blessing.

We booked 2 casitas and travelled with family. The rooms were great and the room service fantastic. We were disappointed in the absence of a pickleball court (after being told you had a couple), and the courts not being lit as it was early evening when we wanted to play. The food in the two restaurants was marginal at best and in each case we waited a long time for our food. Other than that, its a lovely place and the area is stunning.

The fact that the water main had been broken was certainly not anyone’s fault and those at the front desk did their very best to accommodate the wave of slightly irate customers wanting to check in. Having written this, though charging customers $2.50 for bottled water at the restaurant was unthoughtful. The lack of drinkable water was certainly not the customers’ fault and free bottled water was the least the resort could do to make up for the inconvenience. Yet, the resort is lovely with the beautiful spring-fed date gardens, pool, gym with the palm trees growing through the ceiling, and lovely dining room. Especially helpful were all the wait staff in the dining room! My family and I had gone to Death Valley to remember our deceased parents and to celebrate their love of the park. It was a wonderful weekend!!

I loved the casitas at the Inn at Death Valley. The location is great relative to the attractions and the facilities are good. The pool is the best; clean and the water temperature was perfect for me and my children, the length was great, and the hours of availability was perfect. The food at the restaurant is much better than the Ranch's offerings. The golf cart for the casita was invaluable.

Stayed in 503 which was an awesome casita. Plenty of space for a family of four to spread out. Nice touch having a golf cart to navigate from the main hotel down to our mini home. Conviene access to the park. Warning you pay the price for park conviene they gouge you for mediocre food.
