I accidentally booked the wrong date and immediately tried to rectify it but expedia (who sucks) wouldn't make it right. My family will never use them again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at. Ever. Clean and friendly staff. Safe and quiet neighborhood. They have Dove soap?! Not that hippie dippie soap most chains carry these days. Guy working front desk was very nice. We received waters and snacks! Which is everything when you have kids. Would stay again and again.

My family enjoyed staying here for 6 nights. The area is safe, a lot of parking is available and free, and within 10 minutes drive to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. The front staff is readily available and helpful. Breakfast is included daily, and it consists of cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffees, waffles, and yogurt. You have to request room service, but it is not a problem since you can ask housekeeping for extra trash bags and towels if needed. Rooms and towels are clean. We would stay here again next time we visit.

Everyone is tired and a little cranky. You arrive at your hotel, check into your double room and find that your kiddos will absolutely not go to sleep because of you beds were uncomfortable. The front desk name Thea is rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly.. Worst holiday experience!

Friendly staff checking in. Room was updated and in good condition. Bathroom didnt have janky caulking. Still wish hotels stopped using shower curtains. Water pressure on the low side, but they have Dove soap! Breakfast simple eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc but good and in supply. Staff friendly. Area convenient especially for Asian foods... didn't think Dublin was that diverse. Traveled with kids and dog

The hotel is very nice so as our room. The staff are very helpful. Our grandchildren are very happy especially their free breakfast 😊.
