What I truly enjoyed about my stay was how accommodating the staff were.Sylvia went above and beyond for my family,even though my stay was short.The breakfast offerings were great,food and shopping options are within a short walking distance.The room was nice,good sized bathroom even though the seat was low.Easy check in and out,I had no real issues.

The jacuzzi was green. And the elevator was not working properly and the front desk assured us it was fine. We opted for the stairs to the third floor only to find a family was stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by Cal Fire.

The hot tub was kind of dirty and the floors in the elevator kind of dirty. Area a little sketchy for families but at least they have security. Not up to par to other hamptons imho

While the hotel was clean and check in went smooth the room was very noisy. Above us we could here bumping and running across the room all the way up until midnight and early in the morning it started again and continued I called the front desk they said they would call them but the noise continued my children said they didn’t sleep well because of the noise.
