The ARC Hotel

Have stayed here in multiple room types all are beautiful and comfortable! They gave us fresh baked cookies at check in. Feel like family staying here.

We were in town for a family funeral and needed a room close to the airport because our flight left so early. This hotel had good ratings so we booked it. We were disappointed because the bathroom looked like hadn’t been cleaned (toenail clipping on the floor, dirt in the corners, and no soap). There were only 2 towels provided. The pillows were pretty flat although the mattress was nice and the room was spacious.

Called front desk to inform them that there was throw up by the stairs to get into the pool and the woman running the desk stated house keeping was already gone for the day and there was nothing she could do. Basically she told me to either clean it myself or just don’t let my kids swim. I started cleaning it myself until I noticed there was throw up floating in the pool and throw up at the bottom of the pool. The lady at the front desk does not need to be employed. She has no problems leaving the front desk unattended to sit in the office on her phone or watch TV but yet she couldn’t leave the desk to clean the throw up?? Does not make any sense. I would like for customer service to get ahold of me please.

After driving for hours it was nice to come to a nice clean hotel with the best customer service. Breakfast was very fulfilling. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay.

Very pleased! It's was our fur baby first stay and the people was so sweat to her. Place was clean and front desk clerk vary nice.

Started our stay out ok, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The sign for the front of the hotel was just a vinyl banner strung up across the archway, how does a hotel that has been open for this long not have an actual hotel sign on the structure. The pool was apparently closed for cleaning and was supposed to open at 5pm, we waited and eventually they got it opened after we asked (about 530pm). Big mistake though as our son got an ear infection literally the next day from the “freshly cleaned pool.” The carpet in our room had several spots that were very sticky, you couldn’t walk around without shoes on comfortably. That night when showering the tub drained very slowly, leaving about 2 inches of water in the bottom of the tub throughout the whole shower (probably the most unsettling feeling you can have while showering in a hotel)… This surely would have been noticed in the last cleaning and it just wasn’t noted or addressed. The continental breakfast in the morning wasn’t terrible, very mediocre and as long as you’re not expecting anything “good,” then you won’t be disappointed. We only stayed one night, thankfully. And as long as you’re not gonna use the pool (previous review I saw about a kid getting pink eye, and my son getting an ear infection), should have been a warning sign for me. Overall, the staff was very friendly, so good on them for that! But I would not stay in this hotel again, I’ll pay extra $ for the supposed “frills” the other hotels offer.

This a nicely price hotel that doesn't feel like a cheap hotel. the room looked updated and was comfortable, the breakfast was sufficient, and the pool was nice for the kids to play in. We stayed here last year and the hot tub was a big hit with our teens, but it was not functioning this time, which was a little disappointing. But we'd still stay here again. Also, it's got a great location - close to lots of things without being in the middle of the busy-ness.

The staff were excellent and the whole impression was family and pet friendly.

Great! Convenient. Safe. Accommodating. Midway point for family travel. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is - get up earlier to get complete breakfast. 😉
