La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Memphis

No complaints. My family has stayed here before, so we decided to book this location again.

I would like to thank you for taking my large group in at last moment during our weary travels. It was only for a night but for tired babies it was a god sent. Thank you!

The room was roomy and beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options for my family.

Absolutely the worst hotel i have taken my family to in years. I have a family of 7. We have 4 children. 3 that have disabilities. We paid outrageously for deluxe king rooms and we were given one king room that was less than thrilling and another room that was well. I have no idea. There was was so little space thag my husband slept on the floor so the children all had a comfortable place to sleep!!. There were supposed to be 2 flat screen tvs in both rooms. Thatt didnt happen. There was supposed to be big couches in both rooms, that didnt happen. They let children run through their halls unattended, yelling, cursing, being nothing but rude and belligerent. When i told them about my rooms being wrong i was promsied over and over again that i would be righted in the morning for all my troubles, that did not happen! The "manager" told me she couldnt do a thing. to call back monday. So i did. Only to be told they would refund $30 and that was all. I told them this was unacceptable. My children werent even able to eat there because so many children were running their bare hands through open food!! It was like a zoo in there. She told me it wasnt her problem, and told me she wouldnt be giving me her bosses name. And then hung up on me. When i say proceed with caution, i do mean proceed with caution. There are so many better hotels. .

The TV reception needs to be worked on because we had to go to another family member's room to watch the Super Bowl due to our TV screens stopping during the game.

They don’t allow enough characters for my full Google review. Basically, there’s mold as pictured & it isn’t family friendly bc we got threatened to be reported to the manager by the staff at 5 in the afternoon for our children playing due to noise complaints. The breakfast was also nasty except for the pre made things like bagels, toast, etc. I wouldn’t stay again & I wouldn’t recommend it.

I booked this hotel because we are traveling with two small kids and it said they had tub shower combos, which they did not and we were also told there were no rooms with carpet at all even though the photos clearly showed rooms with carpet. It was snowing the floors were slippery in the room when they got wet from our shoes. Breakfast was undercooked eggs and cold sausage. There was also no heat in the lobby where breakfast was held. The cleanliness was subpar at best. This wasn’t our first stay at a La Quinta hotel, but will definitely be our last.

My adult niece and I were having a mini family reunion/road-trip and chose La Quinta Inn in West Memphis, AR for our 3rd night. It was perfect. Excellent staff, clean room, neighborhood felt safe, great pool.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean, staff had perfect customer service. Parking was good, breakfast was good. The only issue i had was my room was next to someone with a dog and small kids. The dog barked whenever someone walked down the hall and the kid was loud. Other than that i had a very relaxing and comfortable mini vacation. I would definitely stay here again if i were to return to Memphis.

The good: location, generally was good for a quick morning drive out of town. Other than that, it was an awful stay. Screaming kids all night, thin walls, could hear others' televisions loudly. Would not stay here again.
