Easy check in process, they were able to help us change rooms around to meet our family needs without issues, very helpful and responsive for check in! Thank you! Pool, hot tub and breakfast were great! Beautiful outside in the backyard/ fireplace/gathering spot. Easy access to freeway.

The staff was amazing!! Totally above and beyond!from check in with Chris. Super kind and friendly! He literally gave me cookies before they are typically served😊that evening Jackie helped me with food options. And was there many more times with a smile, laugh, or to answer my many questions. Then next morning Janet offered a late checkout which turned into 2 more nights. My housekeeper Teresa was so very kind and graciously chatted with me about her heritage and my husbands as they were from the same area in Mexico. That evening the security guard Wayne kept the pool open so I could finish ordering food and assisted me with transferring of codes. I was here alone without my kids and husband and on unfortunate circumstances, so the staff going out of their way to make me feel at home and cared for was tremendously appreciated!! Chris again was here on day 3 and so sweet and chatted with me as I’m Sure he sensed I needed it. I travel frequently for work and pleasure and the hot breakfast was the best I’ve had short of an international all inclusive. I wish I could remember the breakfast caretakers name. She was helpful and brought out fresh eggs 5 minutes before it was to close. Keep it up Tucson Country inn off the freeway. You’re doing great!!

Traveled to Tucson for a comedy show. This hotel had great reviews and the price was reasonable. We were not disappointed! This hotel is directly off the freeway access road close to many restaurants and an array of different venues. The hotel itself was very new/nice looking. It was clean inside and out. The staff was always friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the value! The free breakfast was great and had plenty of options including hot meal items like waffles, sausages, and omelets. We traveled with our dog and they even have a gated off dog area which was well maintained. The rooms were clean and had a microwave and a fridge. But our favorite part was the back of the hotel, it was like a small little oasis filled with comfy outdoor furniture, shade, grass, flowers. Very nice if you have kids that need to run around and stretch their legs. Overall great stay and experience. Will definitely be staying here if we travel back to Tucson!

First impressions was great but photos are very deceiving. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and great. The room itself is small especially the bathroom. You couldn’t even close the door without having to walk around the toilet to close the door. The floors were very dirty. Usually when we stay somewhere with a kitchen they provide paper towels and dish soap but there was neither so we had to go to store to buy some. We also got a noise complaint the second day due to “running” which was not the case at all so it made us feel that any walking or anything would get us another complaint so we felt very uncomfortable after that. I would never stay here again. We could hear the people upstairs walking as well. The walls are thin! Not the best for a toddler that takes after noon naps still. There was also really loud drilling on our floor.

I stayed two nights in this hotel on the second floor. There were little kids running across the floor above my room all night waking me up several times. Hard to believe the room didn't have a carpet to dampen the noise. Also, breakfast was of poor quality.

I have stayed at this resort numerous times during Tuscan Gem Show 💎 and have not had any complications until this trip. Our room was directly across from the freeway which is unfortunately nonstop 24/7. This made sleeping nearly impossible. There was also a horrible error on the part of the hotel with regard to fees which held up quite a bit of funds for both myself and my family and the hotel staff, general manager included continously avoided us rather than assisting with their error. It wasnt until arriving home that the errors were reversed. This did put a damper on our financial situation. Unfortunately this will be the last time staying at this chain.
