Not worth the money. Location is the best as you can walk to Uptown but that was it. At first floor, there's no fire place or private patio. And it's a standing shower so if you have young kids or babies, it'll be hassle to wash them. The front desk wasn't that nice or professional either. It said "$25 nightly Amenity Fee includes a one-day Red Rock trail pass" but I wasn't offered any when I checked in. We spent $$$ and regret booking this hotel. I know that Sedona is the most expensive real estate in Arizona but there's no amenity whatsoever and don't think it's worth the money. I would stay at other hotels in my next trip to Sedona.

The view at this property is the most incredible view I have ever seen, and every single room gets to experience this. That is what I love most about this property. The only thing that could have made it better was to have an actual breakfast nook to eat on like a table on the balcony rather than the wicker chairs they offer with a short table which is not comfortable to actually eat on the balcony. Oh we absolutely hated the pillows they feel like feather downs pillows which lay very flat and are horrible uncomfortably. All 3 in my family always woke up with neck pains. The mattresses are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again since it’s so centrally located to easy strolls to shop and dine.

The view was great, the toilet was very small like for a child, hard for us being elderly to get up, and no hand rails, the television kept going out and we needed to call three different times to have them fix it.

Great location. Room wasnt ready at 4p checkin so we waited for an hour. Some staff members didnt seem wild about us traveling with kids, others were great and loaded them up with snacks. :) Would definitely stay again though....view from room was amazing !!

Our stay at this property was absolutely terrible, but we made the best of it since we were there to celebrate my birthday. We were checked in by an older woman who was seemingly racist. When we inquired about the sister properties and the shared amenities, she told us in a very snide tone, "its nothing that you can use". When we asked what that meant, we were told it was only for guests, which we were. We had already been informed that certain amenities were available to us because of the relationship between the 3 properties so this was a shock to us. When helping other guests such as the Caucasian family who checked in after us or the Caucasian gentleman who was complaining of maintenance issues in his room ahead of us, this woman was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The change in her demeanor was very obvious when dealing with us. Furthermore, the young man at the front desk was also inattentive and acted like he could not be bothered. Although the property advertised "enhanced cleanliness measures," we found hair from previous guests in the shower and sinks as well as black mold above the shower. The property also advertised a 24/7 front desk, however they closed the lobby and were unavailable after 11pm. The highlight of the area was the restaurant staff at 89Agave. They were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The food was also phenomenal. We would return to the area just to go to 89Agave, however, we will never stay at Orchards Inn again.

Good location, but the place needs a serious remodel, starting with the bathrooms, the toilets there are definitely for children and not adults. The rest of the bathroom is just in desperate need of a redo as they are very dated, a repaint won’t do anymore, carpeting is very nasty.

Great location in Uptown Sedona, easy walk to shops and restaurants, great Red Rock views. The hotel is really dated and in poor condition, desperately needs updating. Walls were very thin, had noisy neighbors with kids, could hear every word.

Reserved an accessible room, until I got there, they told me they only have one room with walk-in shower and it was not available; they gave me a tub-shower bathroom with a BROKED/LOOSE shower chair. Requested a wheelchair and also provided a poor condition wheelchair with NO FOOTPLATES. Laude, can hear kids running on the room above. They over charged me a room no suitable for seniors or a person with disabilities.
