Hampton Inn Phoenix Airport North

I booked a suite with 2 queenbeds and king. The room looked nice, but the Ac in the room private room wasnt working i kept setting the thermostat to 70 degrees and wouldn't work the room was 80 degrees, the refrigerator was at it highest temp wich was at 7 never got cold.I called the front desk to let them know my problem so the lady offered to change my room. We moved rooms and to top it off the AC unit in the new room wasnt working either,this time the private room AC was working great. Again i tried setting the AC to 70 degrees again but in this new room and nothing, i even asked the lady across from me if her AC was working and she told me yes that it was even freezing in there she offered to come in my room to help me set it in hopes that i was doing something wrong and she couldnt even get it to work. She told me to call the front desk to let them know and i told her they alredy moved me to this room because the last one was the same way. All she could do was shake her head.i called the front desk again to tell them my problem and the same lady said she couldnt move me anymore thag she could down grade me to a suite 1 king bed didnt say if it had a sofa bed or nothing we had children with us also that wouldnt work. So we just dealt with it the whole night it wa too late in an city i wasnt familiar there i didnt feel comfortable leaving and taking my kids out late we were all tired from a long drive thags would continue the next day. This hotel was the worst ive been in

Clean and family/ friendly ambience. Great breakfast selection, too.
