Great employees, very helpful. Easy to use. If you are new to the area please use a map/gps app. As it's close to a hospital. Would recommend to family and friends!

Convenient to Mayo hospital. But the property does not take into account that you’re staying there because a family member is in the hospital so they charge seasonal rates to everyone.

Had to find a pet friendly option close to a family membera hospital. Thia location showed up. I could not be happier with their service. Everyone has been friendly and understanding. Nice walking trail for people and pets. Good breakfast options with your stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left over a three day weekend, we were completely taken care of. Our first night there my daughter woke up with an allergic reaction to some shrimp she had eaten. She had hives all over her face her nose her lips her eyes and I called down to the front desk looking for Benadryl and Pepto and she was also nauseous. Not only did the front desk have both of those available in their little store but they were also willing to drive us to the mayo clinic for medical services. We could not have been in a better place or with better staff. We decided on the residence Inn after reviewing several hotels and comparing prices with amenities. I am so glad we did. We were in the Phoenix area for a family trip. Everything was extremely clean, cleaner than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had all of the amenities including a dishwasher, dishes, silverware, A refrigerator a dining room table and pull out couch I could go on and on. I cannot think the staff enough for making us feel at home. If you were traveling anywhere into the Phoenix area or surrounding Valley I highly recommend you stay here.

Wow! The front desk went above and beyond. We gathered for the Thanksgiving weekend and needed some assistance with our family plans. The front desk did not hesitate in making sure we had everything we needed. Michelle, the GM, was incredibly helpful. Everytime I head to Phoenix I will make sure this is my go-to hotel. As for the rooms, clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast had everything one would need to get the day started. The firepit was a nice place to sit at night.

I received a kidney transplant at Mayo Clinic Phoenix on July 17th, 2021. I chose this hotel for its location on the Mayo Clinic campus and a lifetime of experience with The Marriott brand. I was extremely disappointed, to say the very least. My health care companion checked into our rooms while I was still in hospital. The cleanliness of the “freshly cleaned” room was APPALLING. Piles of hair covered the bathroom floor. Repeated pleas to get the room cleaned before my discharge were met with; “of course” and “ASAP”, only to be told, there were a shortage of housekeepers on the weekends. My companion was then given some cleaning supplies and a broom and did what he could on his own. Please know that I fully understand the concept of a lower service longer term stay hotel, but to be told repeatedly; “if you need any housekeeping, all you need to do is notify the front desk, and it will be taken care of”. That turned out to be about as far from the truth as you can get. Repeated requests for room cleaning were met with the standard “of course”, yet the reality remained that I, having just received a transplant, ended up sleeping on blood and extremely soiled sheets, in my own filth for 3 days. Management was appropriately appalled, but that didn’t seem to make much difference in the actions taken. In the 4 weeks we have been at the hotel, my sheets were changed twice, and not for lack of requesting a cleaning.

No visible housekeeping at any kind. Tissue and hair in bathroom floor. Loose hairs everywhere. Spots on picture above kitchen counter. Floors and carpet filthy. A shame as this hotel is on Mayo Clinic property in Phoenix which is used for familys of patients at Mayo. Will complain to Mayo also

We were there with our two kids for a soccer tourney. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the kitchen. Front desk folks were fine when we checked in. They went up in my opinion when they were very nice to my daughter when she went alone to ask for extra soap. They even slipped her a few pieces of candy. There is construction across from the hotel so the view isn't exactly nice at the moment. Pool is nice but no hot tub. The $14/day parking lot fee is annoying.. Coffee from the lobby is pretty darn good. Cleaning staff we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. A good stay and would book it again.

Had a wonderful time here, room perfect size for two adults and three children. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Kids and adults loved swimming in the heated salt water pool in December. Breakfast perfect.
