Comfort Suites Glendale - State Farm Stadium Area

Clean and quiet property. It was great for our family of 7 to stay in one room.

I stayed in Aug 22 with my family and my first room had a mouse. We switched rooms and had no other incidents. I booked again and stayed Jun 23 because of the convenience to getting around West Gate. The property has declined in the months I was away. The same damage to the carpet was in front of the first floor rooms that we saw last year. The pool was so green, I would not let my daughter go in. The hotel wifi was completely useless; Do not plan any trip here unless you can not supply your own hotspot. The cherry on top was the maintenance man that knocked once and immediately opened the door to my room, proclaiming he is here to clean and nobody should be in there. Instead of confirming with the front desk, he berated my family prompting me to confront the front desk clerk who stated that the paperwork wasn't done right because some "young kid" checked me in. That young kid, the next morning, not only eased our issues but arranged a refund for our remaining days with the manager and Expedia. Stay away from this place until they get more competitive. It was discounted for a reason on Expedia.

We were in town for an event at the Cardinals stadium which was about a 7 min drive so super convenient. Away from all the craziness of Westgate but still close enough if you wanted to enough that area. Room was SUPER spacious especially with an 8 and 1 year old who were able to move and walk around comfortably. Only downfall was the kids(my family and the other family we were traveling with) all forgot swimming shows and all the kids got blisters from the pool.

I like that it was very clean, but hardly anyone at front desk had to wait a long time to get somebody to help the noise from the people next door and the people above us was terrible. They had kids running back-and-forth all night long upstairs, the people next-door to us and room 204 slam the door constantly.

Overall the stay was good. There was an insident with our first room the door was broken. after getting the second room the keys demagnatized and wouldnt work 2 out of the 4 days had to keep going to front desk. The nice lady stated just keep away from other electronics which we did but worked after she fixed them so wasnt a problem. Their pool was not very cleaned the first day but after my kid being determined for swimming tried to clean it with their net they left out the second day and the rest of our stay was clean. They have a hot breakfast bar and all of the staff seems to be very friendly and nice. I would stay here again
