Wekopa Casino Resort

My family and I enjoyed our stay and definitely would be coming back to visit. Also love that it is kid friendly

The resort it self was great. Staff was friendly and informative. Our issues started at the front desk. We had made reservations for two nights. Due to a death of a family member the previous week, the funeral was set for the first day when we were to arrive. When we arrived the second day, we had no reservations. Since we had used Hotel.com, our only option was to make another reservation and now go back and get credit from Hotels.com. Neither have good customer service. We won’t be making any further reservations through them.

We loved our spacious junior suite and everyone was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant and casino were both very well appointed and a pleasure to enjoy.

This is a wonderful place to stay for local getaways. We were shocked at all the beautiful upgrades as we had not visited in about 8 years. Nearly all staff members everywhere were so pleasant, professional, and respectful except for one disrespectful, heavyset gentleman who came out to the seated area outside of the casino and rudely asked "is that your drink"? It had been left there sitting on the table by someone else. " does it have any liquor in it". Told him it was not mine, and I did not know, but he did not seem to believe it. We consumed no alcohol during our visit . He picked up the glass felt it and said " well the glass is cold" as if to call us Liars. We did not retaliate, just chalked it up to his having a bad night are prejudice. The only other complaints are as follows: very low childlike toilet seats in the room, infrequent beverage service in the casino, prime rib was not as tender as in the past at the buffet, very low but comfortable seating outside making it hard to get up out of the chairs, bathtub did not look like it had been thoroughly scrubbed or maybe it was just old, less quarter machines which was a big change from the past. Lots of Penny machines though which was nice. Payout from machines are now less frequent but probably the same everywhere.

Excellent staff and the property was very clean and most of all I felt safe with my vehicle and family. Thanks

My husband and I stayed with our two younger kids. We liked it so much we are planning to bring our other two kids. My huband says he felt like he stayed at a high class Las Vegas NV Resort. Very clean spacious hand down five star.

Ice machine didn’t work on our floor Hot tub was not hot enough and a bunch of kids hung out in it the whole time (all day)and threw a bunch of sand in there
