Had a short business trip in the phoenix area. Found this hotel with a little searching. Good price, nice location in relation to the chandler mall, and lots of restaurants. Brought the wife and kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Only complaint was the beds being a little on the firm side. But thats personal and unavoidable.

The day clerk at the counter was less than personable... didn't pick up his head from what looked like his phone as I walked by to checkout and I said good bye. There were no coffee spoon, sugar, stirrer packets in the room at all. The breakfast was great. Oh, and there were kids running around somewhere above me thumping for several hours at night and in the morning... So, not great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool every evening, and the pool area was nice and clean. The rooms were quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious! There was a friendly, comfortable and welcoming vibe about the place. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Chandler.

My family and I always like this particular hotel, the location is amazing and the cleanest we been in a long time. The price ranges when we book but if I can take my pooch and he’s welcomed, we will stay! The pool is warm.

The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We travel with three kids and there are never enough towels in our rooms. This was the exception. Everything was stocked and the room and mini kitchen were very spacious. This is the best room I have ever spent the night in.

This property was beautiful. I enjoyed the amenities including an outdoor pool, full complimentary breakfast and a gym. However, I stayed a total of 3 nights and on our second day traveling with small children, I requested that our room be cleaned. The front desk took our room number down and said they would take care of it. We came back from a long, tiring day and our room was not cleaned. Then, when requesting fresh towels, we had to come down to get them ourselves. I did not expect this from such a nice hotel. When I complained, all I got was “sorry, there is no not here saying you requested this.” Very disappointing.
