I went to Ketchikan to retrace some steps of my childhood as I have pleasant memories of the aria . The courtecy van drivers became very helpful, I regret having some frustration at first when they had difficulty finding us.They soon became extremely helpful in showing us the town and getting us around. The food was great at Restaurants on site.

Room was clean they were able to get us checked in early. The shuttle services were nice and friendly, they have cold freezers for fish boxes that was a life savior. My only 3 complaints are they only put half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and there is NO a/c in the room and it was a sauna they told me they had 2 fans in the closet but that didnt help. I should add there were 5 of us myself, spouse and 3 children.
