Lobby: check in was effortless, the gentleman was very courteous and professional. Room: rated average as there was dirt in the corners of the room. Only one set of linens and you have to ask for more towels. I assumed the room was to be seen daily by the cleaning team. That was not the case, not sure if this is for liablity reasons or just to avoid doing it everyday. Just odd.... Dining: was a lovely experience the first time, ate twice down stairs and on the second time; We weren't seeing what the website portayed. Dining area had seating available we were sat with families with kids on vacation we weren't looking for that, our waiter left us on empty didnt come back to check on us until we were done and through a good portion of the water.Assumed one person was paying, Wellness center: was closed for maintenance for a good portion of the day figured we'd just push it to the end of the night. When we did get into it. There was a coffe paper cup floating on the surface of the hot tub, but the view was nice..... so really Just mixed feelings overall. View✔️ professional✔️ cost efficient ✔️

Excellent water front view! The room was comfortable. Two separate rooms was great for our family with kids. Loved the waterfront hot tub area!

The room was excellent. We were not told in advance that you needed to make a reservation for the small pool, so the kids were let down.

Booked a double seaside room for July 18-20th. Check in a was a little congested at 5pm but I patiently waited in line. Room 119 has the loveliest view of Kachemak Bay. The room was ok but the dead flies laying on the window sill and in the bathtub was a turn off. The windows are dirty with smears and kids handprints. The sink and toilet were clean, but the bathroom mirror needed a good cleaning. Stayed the first night and we went out the next day to visit friends and explore. Returned to my room I had booked for 2 nights at about 5:30 and my key card would not open my door. Went down to the front desk to rekey my card. I let myself into my room. I thought my daughter had returned to the room. I called out her name and there was no response. I saw the bathroom door was closed and called out to my daughter, again no reply. I could hear the shower running and cracked open the bathroom door and said my daughters name again. A female voice I did not recognize said from the shower “Excuse me!!!” I asked if this was room 119 and the strange voice replied “yes”. I slammed the door shut and went out to the beds. There was luggage and someone else’s belongings, but none of it was ours! I embarrassingly walked back to the front desk to see what the hell happened to my room and all our stuff. I showed the front desk staff my reservation for July 18-20th. The receptionist stated that I was a NO SHOW in their computer. They had removed all my stuff from my room and put it in storage

The trip was amazing. The kids loved to get away from home and enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna.
