Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tuscaloosa, AL

Had to stay due to a family medical emergency. During a home game vs LSU. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for booking the last minute (that day.) Beds were comfortable, bathroom and room were clean. Breakfast was hot and had many choices. Hotel itself was very quiet. Would not hesitate to return.

The young lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately the person on duty for check out was checked out. I stood at the front desk for at least 15 minutes calling for help with check out and nobody was in sight. There were 2 women sitting in front eating with a child so I assumed they were guests as well. Nope it was the employee who was supposed to be at the desk. Overall it’s an older property that doesn’t seem like it gets much traffic. There was no hot water and red and black stuff coming out of the tub faucet when running the water. Towels were dirty and surfaces were dusty. I was ultimately promised two free nights to compensate for the inconvenience which I have yet to receive an email for. It’s not somewhere to stay for any more than a night or two unless you literally just need somewhere to sleep and don’t mind a cold shower.

Was attending UA orientation with my daughter. Staff treated you like family; overall environment was friendly with clean and very comfortable room. Also, very good and convenient breakfast. Will stay there again!

We stayed here while my child visited the Univ. of Alabama. Everything about the room and check in was great. No complaints at all. The breakfast was adequate...nothing special but adequate. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again.
