La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oxford - Anniston

My family and I stay here because there was a show near by. We were pulling a trailer and it was easy getting in and out and plenty of restaurants around. The hotel was clean and great

Although we have visited many other hotels when coming to see family, I had not really considered the renovated La Quinta Inn… glad I did and will make this my go to when returning to see family!

Property was convenient to my family, The TV wouldnt stay on would play about 5 minuets and have to be reset.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Facility was nice and clean. Dining options within walking distance. Convenient for our family, close to softball fields for tournaments. Will definitely stay again.

We were in room 216 junior suite the view was terrible.. outside of window was top of the roof ugly and dirty looking.. the room key didn't work very good.. very Dusty bathroom air fan.. the continental breakfast was very mediocre coffee wasn't great orange juice apple juice taste like orange soda not real orange juice..

As the hotel industry does—prices were up significantly because it was race weekend. I was surprised to find a La Quinta being so modern and appealing. They offer an open coffee station 24/7. Free breakfast. The common areas were bright and clean and upon first impression the room appeared clean…until I took my socks off. Apparently it has been a long time since the carpet was cleaned in the room. This hotel is not the best options for business travelers, unless it’s a company like the one I look for that won’t pay anything above the usual and customary rate for a 2 star hotel. It could’ve been a result of the local event, but there were kids running around at all hours in the room above me and a very miserable baby who screamed and cried from 4 am to around 6 am. The WiFi/internet however is high speed and easily accessible.

Got in at 930pm guests above us had children sprinting and jumping for hours. Called desk at 12am to complain nothing was done noise got worse for several hours and started back up at 5am. Signs everywhere about running and talking or making noise in halls and at elevators. Obviously a problem.

Check in was great and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. Pool was great for our kids and they even left it open a little later than usually which was super nice of them. Our room was spacious and right outside the cafeteria/breakfast area and we didn’t hear a thing all night. We were able to park right outside of our window which we loved. It was a great and comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.
