This was a family trip .. we have two teenagers. The breakfast was the highlight for sure. So many options and slightly different everyday. Make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. super easy access to the beach, very clean and not crowded at all, even on a busy day. We stayed 5 nights. Staff super friendly and helpful, gave great recommendations to local restaurants that were great. Parking is plentiful and easy. The room was a bit outdated but adequate. Our toilet paper holder was broken and roll fell off all week, that’s my only complaint. Beds were kinda hard as normal for hotel but fine. Beach towels available to sign out but on the small size. If u plan to spend most time on the beach, invest in some chairs and an umbrella, we brought our own. They charge $50 a day to use what they provide for u 9-5. I would definitely return here. Great stay overall. Relaxing. Busy but not uncomfortable busy. Shopping, ice cream shops, Walmart, cvs, Walgreens literally across the street, plus much more shopping.

It was almost perfect. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and tried to resolve the issue. The only disappointment was that we had reserved a suite, so that our family of five would have plenty of room. When we arrived there were no suites available, which made for a very crowded stay in a standard room.

We booked this location in Orange beach because it says it was pet friendly. So day one we get back from the beach and room Key isn't working. Go get it they start acting like they didn't know we had a dog with us. We walked her in and my wife immediately asked where could we walk her. The young lady that checked us in told us the location. Then out of no where we are told can't leave the dog in the room alone, can't take her to the beach, can't take her to the pool. So what's the point of being dog friendly with all these restrictions. Was told people were complaing about her barking... it's a flipped dog they BARK. My wife took over the conversation and she said the manager was acting like we smuggled the dog in. The neighbor in the roo. Next door had a baby as the staff told my wife .. 2 2 = 4. Why bring a baby to a hotel that's allows pets but think their not going to bark. Please train your staff accordingly so Me as a customer does r get made to feel like I did something wrong when I wasnt given any of this information when I checked in.

Great place to stay at the beach with a family. No frills but direct beach access, descent pool and hot tub, and a few shopping and a few walkable dining options. I do not like the every other day housekeeping. Especially for the price.

The Front Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and more than ready to be of Help , the Hotel Has one of the best Locations in my opinion….The FREE breakfast was as good as some room service I’ve had, it was tasty and plentiful with a great selection and the fruit was fresh, the Coffee was ok for Hotel ..The beach area was very clean but a little pricey for the rental of Chairs that were not comfortable at all !! And I’m not picky !!! The Swimming Pool was clean and water was clear , and a bonus the water was also soft and you didn’t feel any burn from the chlorine , they had an Abundance of seating , and the set up was great , if your tired of the sand it’s very inviting and refreshing, over all I it was a very pleasant stay and this will become our new GOTO for us and our Grandchildren

This hotel is located in a perfect area directly on the beach. The dining options around are good - there are unique restaurants as well as grocery stores and Starbucks.
The lobby is nice and open and the breakfast staff was very helpful.
The hotel itself didn’t have a bar or restaurant open at the time we visited (Jan).
We did have a problem the second night we were there and it was a very stressful night with a certain very strong Smokey smell (use your imagination) coming through the room and bathroom. It took a very long time and two different rooms to get the front desk attendant to “find” us a room that was comparable to the one we paid for to move to.
felt that it was more like a “you’re SOL or a nuisance” attitude than a care or help effort … and I did have a child in the room so staying in that room was an absolute no.
Once they did move us, the stay was phenomenal. The rooms were great with all we needed and the balcony overlooking the Gulf itself was worth the trip.
The staff here at this Hampton wasn’t the friendliest (except the breakfast staff who were SO sweet).
If you’re looking for a wonderful location, spacious rooms with amazing views, and a few steps to the sand at a reasonable rate - this is your hotel.

We had a nice stay. All was clean, quiet, friendly, easy parking with nearby pharmacy and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the pool! I suggest offering scrambled eggs. Only offering was a western or cheese omelette that my family and many kids did not care for. Also, the luggage carts need replaced as they were difficult to lift over room threshold.
