The staff was great. The room was okay. The head shower was leaking. There were noise knocking or tapping upstairs last night 01/01/2024. Bothering us family and unable to sleep.

Hotel front desk manager was so welcoming and attentive, check in was busy and my hotel.com app was not working, she went out of her way to find my reservation and did not make me feel if I was a burden. That meant so much to me and my family! Thank you again so much!

The room itself look very clean, except for ladybugs/Japanese beetles flying around only allowed two bath towels, which I use to myself asked for more and they said no and then I believe in the middle of the night my husband said there were baby cockroaches in the bathroom sink will not stay there again

Night staff was crabby but day staff was wonderful. We had a really hard time getting the a/c to turn on. It was very hot when we walked in the room. Non-smoking rooms are across the hall from smoking rooms so my family was breathing cigarette smoke all night and morning, while in our non-smoking room. That's messed up. I was told there were no other rooms available to move to. I was happy to see that there was no styrofoam at breakfast. Cardboard worked great.

I booked a non smoking room with family. However room assigned was on smoking floor. Even in elevator you can smell tobacco. I asked to change the but adivse nothing can be done. We couldn't sleep entire night. When I called hotel.com the receipant lied and told them that room Is non smoking after 40 min of wait on the phone. By that time itwas pass 12 am so I gave up. Aslo bath room did not lock and I also noticed that elevator certificate was expired.
