Whenever my family & I visit Monroeville, we always choose to stay at Best Western.

Room was disgusting. Musty, rundown, definitely not like the pictures. I would avoid this place all together if you traveling. The lobby is nice and very deceiving. I stopped with my 2 young children on the way to Gulf Shores. We went to check out the pool and a man followed us from the top deck to the pool and kept circling the pool while we were there for the 10 min.
We asked for a clean room and they couldn’t accommodate so we left without our money back. I used a reward night after my 10th stay from hotels.com & they didn’t give it back. Nor did they give my my taxes and fees of $10 back.
