They were so helpful. Or other reservations were canceled and they helped with the needs of us and our 4 kids . Everything was so clean and everyone so nice .

Stay was great except for the fact the people directly above us or beside us were allowing their kids to stomp and jump and bang around ALL day and night. Even my 10 yo was so tired of hearing them. The hotel itself was fine.

The space was amazing. Plenty of room and space for our family. Very clean. Staff couldn’t be bothered with anything. When asked for help or assistance they drug their feet to slowly help. They all smoke near the pool also.

I’ve stayed here numerous times. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Large breakfast variety but not anything special. The location is perfect. You can walk to a couple restaurants, grocery store and Walgreens if need be. Quiet and safe with lots of grass for kids or dogs to play.

This was our 2nd stay but we were disappointed this time. There was an unpleasant odor in the hall & room, the room itself, while cool was too humid. Air felt wet. Carpet felt damp. We had a family above us with loud children & made a noise complaint but the noise never decreased. That may not have been the hotels fault but it was annoying. I wouldn’t stay again for fear of the humidity issue.

Receptionist Alexis was great, she made our check in and experience very comfortable. She always greeted with a smile and was very patient her hospitality is one of the reason my family and I would come back again.

This was easily one of the worse places we have stayed at. First and foremost, we paid for a room that had two queen beds and a pull out bed. We put in our reservation that we had 6 people (3 adults, 3 children), which is why we chose a room that said it sleeps 6. We were given linens for 3 people only, and when we went to the front desk, they were unable to give us any more as they were out. We were really disappointed that our room wasn't set up for the amount of people we stated were using the room. We were also called out multiple times for the amount of people in our room, even though we never hid the fact that we wanted to put 6 people in a room that they advertise as being able to sleep 6 people...
Secondly, the room was really dirty.. the walls and doors were dirty and gross, the floor in the bathroom was stained. The halls smelt like what could only be described as a wet dog.. Like really musky or something..
Some things that need to be pointed out; The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. You hear every word from your neighbors, you hear and feel every foot step of the people above you. The air conditioning in the rooms is a window unit, which can be fine for some, but it didn't really work well in our situation. It was extremely humid in our room, so we had to run it pretty much non-stop..
I understand this is a 2 start hotel, but especially for the cost, we expected better. We will go well out of our way to avoid Best Western in the future.

Right off of 231, but tucked back so it was quiet. The staff, Darlene in particular, were very friendly and helpful. The staff interacted with all, from adults to children to pet dogs with kindness and respect. We would definitely stay here again. And we definitely got the best price available through Expedia. The only average things about the stay weren't so concerning: The breakfast was just okay, but there was plenty of food available. The throw sized pillows instead off standard size pillows on the beds were unusual, but comfortable.

I was with a family group. The first night one of the rooms wasn’t cooling properly. The manager informed us there was nothing wrong with the a/c. The person staying in the room has serious breathing problems and was unable to breathe because of the heat in the room.
The manager told us one of us could change rooms but they weren’t going to change her room because they were booked and someone else wouldn’t want the heat in the room. When one of us asked why they couldn’t give the room to a guest not checked in since there was nothing wrong with a/c, she said they would have to clean it. One of our group could change. The person in our group said that wasn’t right. The manager looked at her and said “who are you?!? You don’t have anything to say about this!” Our person replied that was her brother-in-law she was speaking to and he was requesting on behalf of her sister. The manager then frowned at her and said”I don’t do ugly!” When we all gasped! The manager said “I was just playing.”
I am in the service business. That is NOT the way a guest should be spoken to. I have never witnessed more rude behavior from a service provider, especially someone who is in a management position.
