Great breakfast and pool for kids, easy off of main roads. Easy check in. Clean facility.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Especially the woman who was sitting up the breakfast area. The room was very clean, but the bed was hard as concrete. The hotel is a pet friendly one our room was next to someone with a dog. The walls are thin you could hear the dog winning and barking off and on all night.Our room was also on the 1st floor maybe the room above us had kids because the stomping was not stop.

The facility and staff were terrific, however there were college age kids in the room next to us that were banging into the walls, screaming, yelling, running up and down the halls, etc ALL NIGHT. We paid a premium price for our room and didn't expect to not get any sleep due to extremely wild kids. The staff should have screened them a little better or at least have some kind of noise policy posted in the elevator or when you register at the desk.

Staff was so pleasant 💕. Elevator was not working and staff offered to carry our bags up - very thoughtful- not needed. We stayed there with other family- we all had clean quiet rooms x 2 days. We will be back! In fact one family member has already booked another stay.

I walked in tired after a long day on the road. 5 hour drive and immediately had a roach run under my feet. I killed it. Then I noticed little black specs of debris or something on the bedding. After brushing off the bed to get some sleep. I start to itch in random places . Not sure why.....and around 11pm all I hear are kids next door bumping into the wall and laughing. I could feel the bed shake at times. Ive stayed at multiple places in cullman. Comfort inn which was nice. Sleep inn which was ok. This one looked ok at first then all that happened. Not really a great experience.

We felt safe. The staff were so friendly. Each time we saw some of the staff we were ask if we needed anything. The building inside and out was clean and inviting. The breakfast was the bomb! So kid and pet friendly. The pets were given special treats. This will be our top choice when we come back to Cullman!

The motel is clean and remodeled. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is the young children who were running up and hallways banging on doors, even playing ball in the hall way and shouting (along with their parents). I would like to have the staff respond to the situation but they did not. Otherwise the experience was very good.
