We were directly on the beach which the kids loved. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The A/C could hardly keep up,.

It was a decent place to stay. We rented the room with the kitchen in it. Very limited items to cook with only had 1 cup a couple of spoons and a few pots and pans. So was not happy about that. If your going to offer a kitchen then make sure the availability of items is appropriate for the four people staying. But it was gulf view and all we had to do was walk out onto the beach. So it was great for the grandchildren. Over all for one night it was not bad.

Stayed there last year it was great recommended this place for this year to 10 other families it was very disappointing Pools not maintained or broke Facilities run down way over price for what you got in return Its like the owners stop caring about it and it's quickly going down will not be back

We were in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for a concert. I called ahead and informed the lady at the front desk that we would be checking in after the concert, which would be around midnight. She was very accommodating and even told us to have fun at the concert!! Check-in was a breeze!! Our beds were amazing and I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay there again!!

Checking in was terrible..we were running late due to traffic..I was told I would be charged a late check in fee..so since I decided to pay with cash..the man working decided to charge me a 250 deposit bc I was paying with cash..I didn't get mad until I asked for a receipt and nowhere in there policy did it say a 250 deposit..had to leave early due to a family emergency and they wouldnt give my deposit or receipt 😡

My family of 4 had an amazing time here! We loved they had two pools. The beach access and showers was super convenient! Loved that it was super children friendly. Everyone was extremely nice! The beach was absolutely Beautiful! The room was very nice and comfortable, extremely clean. Our room had a kitchenette which we loved! We will definitely stay here again! We drove down the street to go to two Arcades. My children and I had an amazing time! Thank you to the cleaning ladies, and staff, who were extremely nice and helpful with any questions We had!
