We stayed here to get away from Hurricane Francine. Great place. Quiet. Fast, easy check in. The most amazing, friendly staff in the world. Thank you for sheltering us during the storm. The Hawkins family - Biloxi, Mississippi 9-2024

The stay was just "ok". We were on a short family vacay with a family of 5. The room was very large, but it was not very clean. The coffee table had crumbs underneath, the pullout sofa had small crumbs on matress, the towels were not up to par, and the bathroom had dust and rust everywhere. We asked for them to clean our room on the 2nd day, and after we returned from the Waterpark, nothing had been done. The swimming pool water also looked very dingy so we decided to pass on it as well. We've definitely had better stays.

Amazing employees. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet. I had my service dog with me and the employee took us in as if we were family. This is the first hotel that my wife and kids actuslly hung out in the lobby to watch tv and just relax. Above and beyond service!!

I stayed 3 nights. Felt very safe. The room was great, clean, nice looking. TV worked good. The people at desk were very helpful. Nice right behind Cracker Barrel. Near everything, hit the outlet mall. Already recommended it to my family!

Very pleased with our room. We were traveling with two small children. Besides the two queen beds we also had a sofa bed. The breakfast was great and the area was quiet. Had some problems with our GPS finding the address. The hotel isn't clearly visible from the highway.

Room was great however the shower never got warm enough. My whole family had to take barely warm showers. We could have switched rooms but by the time we discovered the shower issue, we were already settled and it was pretty late.

Or stay was amazing! We love the lady from the kitchen! She was always super sweet and super helpful! Plus, she treated my kids with kindness. That’s always a plus in our book!
