Room was too small for a family room Extremely hot, AC not doing it's job and when complaint to reception team, been told, it is what it is Breakfast was extreme good and of perfect standard

The hotel was dirty, 1 toilet roll for a family of 4, it was noisy and carrying bags up the stairs with children as the lift did not work was inconveinent.

Stayed here several times before. Great location for the bay and town centre. Really enjoyed are stay. Modern, clean and friendly staff. The price has however nearly doubled in the past few years with 1 night for 2 adults and two children with breakfast costing over £220 (Saturday night).

The hotel Was absolutely fine… we was so happy.. we been with little children and excellent clean.. helpful staff.. I have coliac syndrome help me with the food.. I’m really great full thank you so much and we definitely going next time..

The room was a bit small for us with two kids and the ventilation was poor that we couldn’t sleep well. We needed to open the windows for more fresh air but it was disturbing because of the noisy people walking along the riverside. Also, it was annoying as our room was just next to the elevator.
