Just returned from stay @ Ramada East Kilbride, visiting family. Ideal location shops/bus/taxi Lovely room and comfy beds.

As always the hotel was excellent overall unfortunately we decided to use the hotel restaurant for the first time the food was excellent but was marred slightly through refugee children running around the restaurant area screaming and shouting i think the hotel should address this by keeping non paying folks separate from paying customers which they do to a certain extent as they have separate dining areas

The hotels.com website stated EV charge point there was not one. Food was okay with good choice and pricing was good, unfortunately it was like a children's playground with kids running around screaming etc.

The hotel staff friendly, rooms clean, however its a hotel for a one night or two night business stay. It is not a family hotel no warmth to the place, its a bit of a zombie hotel.

I had a 4 night stay with my son to visit family. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We had a 2 bed room that had plenty of space for both of us and good internet for my son to play his games on his i-pad. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We had breakfast 2 days which we enjoyed. It was great having the shopping centre attached to the hotel. The reception team were also happy to store our cases on our final day. We look forward to returning again and thank you to all the staff.
