Great stay with my family. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. It was a pleasure staying there.

We had a great time, the only downside was the bar was closed for refurbishment, we did complain to the manager,he was understanding and sent a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates to our room with a birthday card for my sister as the stay was for her 70th birthday, he also organised free breakfasts for the 3 of us for our weekend stay as compensation for the bar being closed, I would recommend the Scholar hotel to all my friends and family, our stay was fantastic and the staff were amazingly helpful and courteous.

We had a great time in family at Salisbury Green Hotel. Our room was located in the mansion (in the 1st floor as requested) so we had to walk 2 min to go the main building to have the breakfast. Hopefully we didn't have to deal with rain but it can be something a little bit embarrassing. Other detail was the size of the room. We had such a big family room. The linen and mattress were all perfect. They always provide tea and coffee in the room. Just be careful with the electric towel dryer which is very very hot and I seriously burn myself...so avoid with little kids. It might be very dangerous. The breakfast was delicious. They propose a real scottish and tasty breakfast and were able to adapt themselves with the covid restrictions. The staff was also very friendly. I will recommend this place
