We had a great 2-night stay here. The staff was very responsive to questions that we had regarding our stay with two small children, and they had a cot set up and ready for us upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices, and on the second morning they anticipated our arrival in the breakfast area and had a highchair out and ready for us. Great service, very much appreciated!

For a short stay to visit family in Fife it ticks the boxes. Easy access to major routes, ample parking, sufficient breakfast and the staff are friendly.

Late arrival (10.30pm) easy check in and friendly staff. 1 adult, 2 kids, 1 being wheelchair user. Given wheelchair accessible room which was big and spacious although would say was tired looking (maybe seems a theme with Holiday Inn Express.) certainly didn’t affect the stay. Unfortunately sofa bed wasn’t made up and no spare bedding, didnt ask as was late by this point and all were tired having travelled from Skye. Son opted for it with his blankets whilst mum shared with disabled daughter. Breakfast was good, although in a small area, we also opted to sit in an offshoot room as pretty busy (think event on at Knockhill maybe?) Great location, easy for getting to and from.

At check-in we were given one of the Accessible Rooms. This room was quite small and tight for our family of 4. The lighting was also no sufficient especially for me doing my make-up. The Accessible washroom took some getting used to also. With the use of the sofa bed the room was just too confining and confusing when we all unpacked. I guess it was not suitable for a family of 4.
