From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful. This was our fifth stay here and we will be back. Diane helped sort out the issue with my car and both Carl and Colette were also a hit with the kids. The girls on breakfast duty are so warm and nothing is ever a bother to them. Food super as usual. Out room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Thanks again. Keep up the great job.

We had a family break with our asd daughter. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough from their friendly, welcoming staff to their great sized rooms which are spotless. Quiet hotel which was just what we needed. Great variety of foods at breakfast too. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay for my family, the self contained apartment was great. Two large rooms and the kitchen was handy too. Having breakfast in the room saved some money which is always good. Nice restaurant across the road for evening meals. Would definitely stay here again.

We were two adult couples traveling together. We were given a "family suite". Our friends climbed 3 flights of stairs to get to their room. Each had two beds, bath and kitchen. Very strange arrangement in an older part of the motel. Fire doors are very heavy and sometimes hard to manage. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Just be aware you may need to climb some stairs.

The staff were incredibly helpful at check in and were able to provide options to pick up dinner that were within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was wonderful, everything was fresh and hot and the women serving the breakfast were so accommodating and willing to do anything for you. I loved that there was a fridge in the room and that we could walk across the street to a grocery store to pick up drinks, snacks etc. On Easter morning, there were Easter eggs for the children and the staff had gone out of there way to decorate and make the lobby festive. All in all we loved staying

Two big comfortable double beds with great bedding so kids were very happy as they hate the camp beds or sofa beds that most hotels offer. Spacious clean modern room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location good. Breakfast £6 per person and had good choices. Would definitely stay again. Wish they had a gain in Belfast.

Lovely large family room which was immaculately clean. Very impressed with the friendly staff and good car parking facilities. Will definitely stay again.
